I drink my hot chocolate made with whole milk, too. My family have eaten saturated fats all their lives, and don't depart this earth until their nineties, either. Although, one great-aunt turned one-hundred and three this past April.

My Dad just had his 95th birthday. Grew up on sat fats. His favorite meal is a grilled rib eye steak.....leaves nothing but the bone. He also drinks a couple (I suspect more) of shots of Maker’s Mark each night and still smokes half a pack a day. His doctor is always harping at him to stop his vices, says it will kill him. Dad just laughs at him.
I think that at his age he should eat, drink and smoke whatever he wants.
She’s just mad because she and her youngest kid are tubbies and black women are often fatties. Remember after Katrina when they were rescuing people in boats... they could only get a couple in the boat at a time because they were so fat. 200+ pounds fat. I doubt those people are eating at Olive Garden. They get fat by sitting on their a$$es and getting welfare and food stamps.
