Have you flashed to the newest BIOS for your MoBo?
If not, you should do that first.
(Is your CPU 125w or 140w?)
Also, do you know what make and model (wattage) your Power Unit is?

After you make sure you have the latest BIOS, check to make sure these 2 options are set:

Ec firmware [hybrid]
Acc [auto]
