Alas, being a govt building, no political campaign speech would be allowed. But anywhere that references the Constitution will be Sarah's official jumping off point for 2012.

Ok freepers, the gaunlet has been layed down.

Where else can she stand behind that has a reference to the Consitution that could be a launching point and not violate the govt building no political speech rule?

Would she or should she obey such a rule? And how would you stop it if she chose to simply walk in to the National Archives and announce her candidacy in front of their copy?

And by the way, there is more than one original copy. Each of the 13 original states has one executed copy as well I believe.

So my bet...she’ll announce wherever NH’s copy is kept.
