The list is far too long to prolong attention, and hasn’t this man heard of medicaid, food stamps, and section 8 housing? Individuals in the United States have options that many other places do not have when you are really in need. Who is this guy? I never heard of him.

Well, that's totally bogus. It is pretty much illegal for anyone outside of the lunch accountant to know who gets free or reduced lunches. No kid ever has to say that in line for lunch anymore and hasn't for years.
