damn....wish I made $32 an hour. Been teaching for 15 years, not there yet, not even really that close. Especially considering I’m on my 6th year in a row with a frozen salary.

That 32 an hour is base pay, it doesn’t include the benefits. In many cases the benefits are worth quite a bit.
