Im not a 100% believer in Bigfoot, but I still give its existence a very good chance. There are too many credible witnesses to totally discount it, and I have heard some of them recount their stories first hand. But regardless, I do take advantage of living in the Northwest and do go searching for myself a few times a year with a few friends and with my now 9-year old son. In fact we are going out this weekend. We have had some interesting experiences on a couple of these outings, the most notable was while camping near the remote Skookum Meadow with two friends we were all woken up at 2:30 AM by some very odd vocalizations, loud enough to wake us all up. It was not the screams and howls, you often hear on tape, but more of a vocalization or primitive language. Its hard to explain it. But it was too loud and deep for a human. We have also heard screams and howls on other nights but far far away.
Bigfoot or no Bigfoot, the wives do appreciate us getting out of the house, on our guys weekend out, and they know were staying out of trouble. And its always been a fun experience, even when we have no encounter.
I appreciate you men getting away from the women! My daughter and her family just moved to Yelm, WA, so I have to rib you. VBG. She’s in the HAHAHA camp, but she’s a newbie.
I totally get where you are. I encourage your pursuit. I’m in the it’s out there/not out there camp. I don’t think you’re a kook.
Keep up the good work, perhaps one day you’ll be a rock star, or not.
