Thanks beebuster2000.

The Romans built some of their best stuff in dry cut stone without mortar — makes sense, because mortar crumbles away through weathering and, well, the Roman imperial maintenance crews haven’t been through in a while. :’)

Good question. I dont think many of the motels, malls, fast food joints, or skyscrapers will last. the roads though, yeah, they will last. we do know how to build roads.
