Fallacy of the false alternative, sir. One can pursue both the defeat of Obama politically while still working to expose his ineligibility to hold the office. They are not mutually exclusive goals. In fact they are complementary goals.

A. None. So even if Orly had won this suit, nothing would happen. Except Birthers would yell the same thing they are yelling now. "Fix."

If you want want to be a political Walter Mitty, fantasizing about doing great deeds, while doing nothing, then Birtherism is for you. If you want to accomplish something, work for candidates.
