“...the need for secrecy for the president trumps all else.”

And, all this time we’ve been told the president is just an average joe. So, why all the secrecy over a Social Security Number? Maybe someone will steal it and then his identity, and get a couple of fraudulent loans, or a new TV?

BULL PUCKEY! Just another judicial sham.

BREAKING NEWS...Uncle Omar has just been admitted to Harvard Law School.

Developing...

“This kid’s got the right stuff. He’s going places.” said a Harvard legal beagle. “He plays his cards right and there might be a Nobel Peace Prize coming his way soon.”

Kind of says it all right there. The courts are about protecting those in power and the secrecy surrounding the President.

He should be impeached forthwith. Really.

Would the hounorable judge say the same thing if there were compelling evidence that Obama had murdered grandmother?

What happened to all that stuff we heard about Nixon that the President isn't above the law?

I'm serious. Lamberth MUST be impeached and removed.

Actually, he decided she had no evidence to suggest a crime, and therefor no reason to have the courts act as her private detective agency. The assertion that a crime has been committed isn’t enough. You need some evidence, and the court is NOT the place to collect it.

It is the equivalent of me going to court and demanding all your financial records because I think you are an embezzler. And when asked why, I reply, “I saw it on the Internet...”

That doesn’t cut it in a federal court.

Remember, we are a Nation of Laws, err Liberty, err Losers.

The Ruling Class, bolstered by those wearing the Black Robes, insures our Right of Redress remains nothing more than a brilliant thought written on an old piece of Parchment.

So on this logic NO ONE can report or investigate the use of a fake SSN?

The most disappointing was U.S. District Court Judge David O. Carter.

David Carter is a Marine. Unbelievable! When did overlooking usurpation, fraud, posing as a Commander in Chief, multiple social security numbers, and forgery of documents become part of the military code of honor or part of the lifelong oath to defend the Constitution.

I hope his conscience withers in shame when he has the occasion to meet fellow former military officers. SHAME! SHAME! SHAME! Military officers ( former and active) should turn their backs on this man when he enters a room.

"The SSA explained that the Privacy Act of 1974 ... protects the personal information of social security number holders," he wrote. "The SSA determined ... the plaintiff had identified no public interest that would be served by disclosure."

Oh brother, he quotes the so-called Privacy Act?? Has this guy ever tried to get cable or write a check? Talk about a crock of it. What a bunch of freakin' arrogant bastards our Rulers are. How about this one, Judge: my kids came home from the first day of school yesterday with a paper informing me that the state Dept of Edumakashin was now requiring SSNs of each student. Not even a lame attempt at an explanation of why, I might add. Into the circular file it went, needless to say, but should they come asking about it I'll be sure to quote Royce Lamberth that "no public interest" would be served by disclosure of SSNs of my elementary age children.

Lamberth - Same guy that let Clinton and Holder get away with ignoring his rulings. He would insist that they provide information; Holder would ignore the demands, and nothing would come of it.

Now Holder is Attorney General. Properly rewarded for disobeying a neutered judge. But if regular citizens, you or I, were in court, I’m sure Lamberth would teach us a thing or two.

Privilege. It’s Washington. It’s for the elites. It’s not for us.

Well I guess there is no real interest on the part of US citizens to comply with any federal or state rule.
