When someone uses a deadly weapon they are not acting as a child, they have crossed the line into responsibility and consequences. If they don't know right from wrong why is that? What if the kid threw rocks at another kid, does the victim have a right to defend himself? Throwing rocks at a moving vehicle is a felony. Its not a prank or mischievous mischief, throwing raw eggs at a parked car might qualify for that.

Of course they need to be punished. If they harm someone else by throwing a rock at a moving car... then they should be punished by the full force of the law. I’m just saying that it is not up to you to crossbow a kid. That is totally wrong and you know it. And the fact that people think it is OK to do so hackled my backside. I know the Linda Vista neighborhood. I grew up close by. It is not the best place to raise a kid. And there is absolutely no excuse for this kid doing this. I’m not defending his actions by any means. I’m just appalled that some think that crossbowing some kid is appropriate behavior. Over and out.
