Drywall hangers in Southern California make about $20 an hour. Whoever said they make $20 a day has no idea what they are talking about.Yep I constantly hear these stories but have never found an illegal that will work for $20 a day here in So Cal...and if anyone can hook me up I'll pay them twice that to trim my trees!!...and a finders fee!

He said the laborers cost him $60 a day per laborer. This $20 a day crap came from someone so completely clueless it is laughable.
Yes, my neighbor is a Mexican.

Nite, seriously, you do realize the cost of living is SIGNIFICANTLY lower in TX than CA, don’t you? It’s very easy to find cheap workers downtown. Dirt cheap.
