That's exactly right, Norm. Don't let them in. That's what Perry says. "We cannot have a rational discussion on immigration until our borders are secure."

Texans know that does NOT mean a border fence, as that will not work in Texas except in towns and cities along the border...where we already have border fences. Perry wants manpower on the border. Stop the flood, then we can deal with the problem on our soil.
