It’s a fox. I live not too far from there. We have a big problem with sarcoptic mange here in Maryland, and the mites live in woodland areas or fields where foxes hunt. There are a lot of foxes close to suburbia now. We had a few sarcoptic mange cases among the foxes at the stable where I ride, and yes, they look just like this.
