Wonder if Dr. Sowell has seen this. An example of a part of society that is degenerated. It’s not going to be pretty. When the SHTF, some will go out and try to take from others, but most of those just pictured lack the motivation, energy and smarts to try and even do that. Plus, I plan to be at least 80 miles away from the nearest welfare office at that time as well.
