You're the one calling others *haters*, and FR doesn't cotton much to haters. We are the premiere conservative forum. We support *conservatives* candidates and are free to chopose our own favorties.

Governor Perry has not received even 5% of the vetting, bashing, slashing, and trashing by the lamestream and I dare say by some former FReepers here, along with some current ones, so again, *get a grip* and take your complaints to the Boss!

My sentiments exactly, onyx. Thanks for pinging Jim. I was hoping he was aware of the issues here today. Grown men acting like children.

And yes, we ARE supposed to be free to support our own favorites. It's a shame people are attacking Perry the way they are. He will be our next president.

I just got ‘vetted’ by Perry supporters on another thread. I guess if Sarah doesn’t run; I can sit the next election out...

I am a declared Perry suporter. And, welcome all the scrutiny he will get in the coming days, weeks and months. That is fair game. And, may the best candidate win the nomination and hopefully that nominee will beat the communist infesting the current White House.

However, it is fair to admit that there is more “deference” given to Palin on this forum than any other candidate.

No worries. The political process in our country has a way to sort it all out in the end. I am still a believer in that system (despite Obama win in 2008( and will let it work its magic.
