Hiya good FRiend! Good to see you again!
WELCOME!
Thanks. I can see 2012 from my back porch!!!
ROTFLOL. Well, I am looking forward to learning more about him. I hope I'm not disappointed.
The DREAM Act, well see, the immigrants of the past, they had to literally and figuratively stand in line to become U.S. citizens, said Palin. Id like to see that continue, and unfortunately the DREAM Act kind of usurps that, the system.
I thought this drivel sounded familiar!
OK WISE GUY!
LMAO
Dumping minimum wage (along with reducing or eliminating all kinds of other regulations employers have to observe with regard to employees) would work MIRACLES in every aspect of the economy. Teen employment would boom. Employment of unskilled but intelligent Americans would boom. Employers could afford to pay workers what they were worth. Have you ever been to Mexico and seen the cities of cardboard boxes? Whole suburbs? A hardworking Mexican kid18 or 20 who snuck up to the states, rent a super-cheap motel room with two friends, and get -- and hold on to -- a 40-hr-week job as a dishwasher in a Denny's -- you had better bet your ass that that kid is going to show up for work. Chances are he and his roomies are sending most of the money back to Mexico to their families.
Their competition for those jobs is dominated by immature kids, drop-outs, unskilled, who hate being a dishwasher, think it's beneath them, keep the job for maybe four months before quitting, because minimum wage to them is nothing. Drop that minimum wage (along with the freebies), and the illegal Mexican doesn't have nearly the motivation to come here. And the employer sure as hell doesn't have the motivation, especially if the INS is on his back, to hire illegals. He can hire American kids. If minimum wage went down, the price of EVERYTHING would go down. So a teenager working for what he was worth, would have money worth something.

I am their professor. How old are you? I’m thinking an old guy, if you don’t understand the use of the word “haters.”
Professor? Lord help them.
I like Palin. I hope she’s Perry’s VP and believe that’s why she’s being coy about whether or not she’ll run. No one is trying to tear Palin down as much as point out that like Perry, she is imperfect. Perhaps you have missed the anti-Perry spammers and trolls so active in the last 24 hours? It’s been an all-out assault on those of us who like Perry. I appreciated Clairity’s post, not because it brought down Palin or brought “up” Perry, but because it smacked the Perry-haters in the face. That’s all.
“Thats why hes been elected for the last 27 YEARS.”
Perry=Walking, talking argument for term limits
Would that be the Webster’s “haters” or the Urban “haters”?
This is the problem in general with candidates. When you’re a short-term governor of a minor-league state and don’t have to deal with any national issues like immigration, all there is to go on is what you say or what you Facebook post. Experienced politicians like Perry have to actual DO something, not just retweet.
“E-Verify doesnt work against the illegals gold standard fake i.d. = E-Verify does not work.”
Please explain. If Jose uses a fake ID with someone else’s SS# (say, John Smith), why wouldn’t an E-Verify search send up a red flag to the employer that Jose’s SS# does not match the name of John Smith?
Not a chance. She won't run with a McCain redux.
No one is trying to tear Palin down
Shall I quote some of your posts? With links to them?
I appreciated Clairitys post, not because it brought down Palin or brought up Perry, but because it smacked the Perry-haters in the face.
You came on with both guns blazing. Nice back peddling though.
