There are some wild fruits that are too sour or seedy to eat fresh, that would ferment and could be distilled to make vodka. Actually, just about anything with edible sugars or starches can be used to make vodka, in theory.

There are wild rose buds plentiful along with blue berries.

I imagine that something could be done with them.
