Many regular supermarket foods last forever if you know which ones to buy.

I don’t know where you got that but Kraft places the fresh shelf life at 5-7 months and considering the protein content, even with the sodium phosphate content, I wouldn’t expect Velveeta to last 20 years, not by a long shot.
