A California lawyer known for failed "birther" litigation against President Barack Obama that resulted in a $20,000 sanction from a U.S. District Court judge in Georgia has now irritated another member of the federal bench in the nation's capital, according to the Orange County Register.

Smart money would bet that it will go the same way as the previous dozen cases.
And what does this AH Judge Royce Lamberth think he is going to do? Execute her? Yup.

I’m betting on the latter.
many experts have said the LFBC is a forgery.
including ex-CIA agents, and some in sworn affidavits.
(have any legitimate experts sworn it is real?)
maybe they are wrong. but the courts should not
be ostructing honest efforts to find the truth.
especially not with things like “standing” not in the constitution. when the qualifications for POTUS are.

BILLION dollar budget, to use that to throw millions more Americans out of work.
so the same Courts that call plant food a pollutant,

I would feel safer with a drunken sailor in rough seas yank a tooth than to have Orly fill a cavity.
The judge has now accepted Taitz’s court ordered redacted filing and where he made some minor fixes to it in his courtroom. The case has moved on.

Judge Lambert was all over the clintinistas and gave no quarter to them.
Can someone tell me exactly what she did that was wrong? I’m not clear about what is being explained here.
She didn't properly redact Social Security numbers from a pleading that she filed. That's her job, not the clerk's. The purpose is to make identity theft more difficult. If you do need to use a full SS number, you get the court's permission to file it under seal.

From what I have been able to find out, this Taitz is a full fledged NUT case. Tilting at law books.
I’ll explain.
The court granted the government’s motion to make her follow court Fed rules to redact Obama’s alleged CONnecticut SSN in further submitted court documents like this XXX-XX-4425. Dr. Taitz argued against the ruling since she made the case that she had enough evidence that it was not really Obama’s SSN, and therefore resisted. Furthermore, the evidence supports (conflicting evidence) that Obama’s SSN was never issued to anyone or to Obama in a Social Security Administrator SSN database query. In the end, she complied as it was jeopardizing the case.
