I sure would like to know who gave the order to load all those SEALS on one copter, if this is routine or a one-off and who knew they would be there. The military leadership has some explaining to do.

You have a helo that holds 55 troops. So you load half the seals in one and order another one to carry the other half?
Or do you say no, I need 4-5 blackhawks or big birds, get the CH-47 outta here.
