Won't last. There are certain things that must always be true in comics. One of them is that Peter Parker is Spiderman. Anyone else is just another hero with similar powers. Only one got bitten by a radioactive spider.
You could someone else wear Iron Man's armor (and they have), and you can give the Hulk Bruce Banner's intelligence, and you can even put someone else in Cap'n America's outfit during the time he was frozen in ice, but Peter Parker is Spiderman.
Accept no imitations.
