Ten years ago a British friend who lives outside London contacted Rossi on my behalf, in Italy , I believe. He told him that an American friend of his wanted to invest a substantial amount of money into his experiments. Rossi shook his hand and said that he preferred to do this one himself because he was quite sure he had found the answer that everyone was looking for. My friend gave him his card and told him that if he ran low on cash to call and he would contact me to see if I was still interested. Rossi never called.
So, if I read that correctly, you are claiming that you offered Rossi $ ten years ago, and Rossi declined. That’s primary evidence if so.
It is called a come on, he only wants the ones that hit him up multiple times for the opportunity to invest.
He isn’t going to bother calling someone that only hit him up once.
