Fonda wasn’t young and naive, and becoming a famous Oscar winning actress and making millions of dollars in the career that she chose was not being used by Hollywood at all. Fonda made smash films and won honors and awards galore.

I don’t know why you want to defend her, or find fault in patriots and veterans that despise her and are glad that she just lost this gig.

She would probably be amused to find a fan here at FR.

You do realize that this happened in the late 60s, don’t you? There’s no way she was in her mid 30s when she made “Barbarella”. She was 31.

She was a tool of the left, though, and she was ambitious.

I’m not defending her at all.

She is now a has been. That’s why she wants/needs the media attention.

So, I would appreciate it if you don’t insult me be calling me a fan of hers.
