TX. I see some others agree with us. Looks bad for the future though considering how small of a minority we are. Who will want to serve on a jury after this? Much less find a Defendant Not Guilty. My hope is that some of the Mob members have to face a wrongful charge one day. Then they will learn the hard way.

The supreme court’s 1895 decision that “jurors need not be informed of their rights” needs to be overturned.

If jurors had a clue of their power to do things like call witnesses and decide what is and isn’t admissible in court, we’d all be better off.
