That’s exactly what the constitution of this country suggests we do. She has been accused, tried, allowed to face her accusers, and a jury of her peers decided. Just as it was intended to work. If you have a better system of justice let’s hear it in detail.
The entire system of governance in Washington needs overhauling....so it stands to reason so would the court systems....trickle down and all that....but in this case...and others perhaps like it...might be best to start with how Jurors are selected and keeping the Attorneys out of that selection.
I guess I did not word my question correctly. Of the Anthony and Peterson juries, which one was right? Would you advocate Peterson filing an appeal based on the Casey verdict? A man’s life is at stake here.
