This notice didn't go out until after little Caylee had been missing for a month.

Casey was too busy drinking, dancing, and entering a hot body contest to call 911 for an entire month. Casey's mother made the call.

At the least, she could have been convicted of being an abusive and neglectful parent.

Couldn’t even utilize the Amber Alert system at that time, because of the time that had passed. All a moot point. She was thrown in a garbage heap behind the house - oddly enough behind two homes in a straight line. One where a Zenaida lived previously, and another where a Gonzalez lived. She gave clues to the family from the beginning where the baby could be found and destroyed. “close to home”
