My gf said they had a stack of papers to read over of instructions. She believes there was no way they could have read all the instructions and came to that conclusion in 11 hours.
no way in heck... They came the next day to court so the judge could instruct them to continue deliberations. It was noted some had “dressed” for the occasion, differently then during the trial. The minds were made up after the opening statements, which upon instruction, was NOT evidence or are closing arguments. Nevertheless, those that talk from this jury seem to think they are, and the defense opening statement was a far cry from the closing statement.
