I agree, but I’d say the prosecution undercharged. It appears they were unanimous in finding that there was no evidence of cause of death. That’s the prosecution’s fault- should have charged negligent homicide, child endangerment, etc., and might have had a chance for conviction.

Okay, let loose with the “everybody KNOWS she did it/what about justice for Caylee/defense lawyer slime” responses. I’ve been a prosecutor, defense counsel and judge. This case was poorly charged, and the defense’s job is to make sure the prosecution proves each and every element of the charged offense.

Careful, being rational will get you attacked.

BTW, complaints against the defense attorney have been filed with the Florida bar. I think the main one is regarding the statement that the father molested her.
