The woman, known only as juror number 12 left her job and went into hiding fearing co-workers would 'want her head on a platter'.

Her husband said before leaving she told him: 'I’d rather go to jail than sit on a jury like this again.'

He told NBC News he was worried for her health and had his bags packed ready to leave if his 60-year-old wife's name gets released.

The woman, who moved to Florida from Michigan fled the area, retiring from her job working at Publix Grocery over the phone because she didn't feel safe.

What is so special about a juror that one should be ashamed for verbally criticizing them? They are not royalty, they do not have honorable in front of their names. They are ordinary people who clearly made a very unpopular decision which is rightly open to scrutiny. The fact that a couple of them have come out and said they felt physically sick at their choice and that they felt she was guilty is enough to make anybody who seeks justice upset!

People who join “mobs” ( you must mean non-violent ones cuz nobody vrebally coming out against the jury has physically harmed them) are NOT worse than a baby-killer. The state wasn’t perfect but it is your opinion they “bungled” the case. It is mine that they dis what they could with what they had. And one of the reasons the laws against murder ARE there IS to get justice for the victim, aside from preventing more crimes. What do you mean?

Then how come so many experts have stated that in a murder case the jury is told the prosecution does not have to prove HOW the victim died. Therefore the jury should not take that into consideration when rendering a verdict. And since they stated they DID they dishonored Judge Perry as well as Caylee.

Hmmm was there proof of a crime? You tell me:

Baby found dead in a swamp, wrapped in trash bags, with several pieces of duct tape adhered to her lower skull across the nose/mouth area. Proven to have been there for several months.

During the time the child layed there decomposing the child’s mother ran around telling people she was with the babysitter, at various fun places, enjoying herself. Claimed she even talked to her on the phone.

Child’s mother told many lies to police about what happened to said child...police rightly zeroed in on her because she was....the primary caregiver....and the last person to be seen with the child.

Several people SMELLED the odor of death in mom’s abandoned car. Traces of choloform were found in trunk. Hair with decomposition fluid found in trunk of car. Neighbor saw said mother back car into garage and ask to borrow shovel, mom claimed it was to dig up bamboo roots. Why would she care when she doesn’t evn live there anymore.

Etc, etc but I’m sure you’ve heard this all before. How can you say no crime was committed. I really just don’t get it.

The message you want me to send to “babies that are no longer here”?

I know it’s a tough thing to accept, but those babies were killed legally. Get it?

those babies were killed legally

By what standards?...

...at least we can agree those babies are killed...Abortion does not make a woman Un-Pregnant...It makes her the mother of a dead baby.

But I go one step further...I say they are murdered....and this nation made it "legal" to do so. Thus legalized murder.

Definition of 'murder':

The killing of another human being under conditions specifically covered in law.

In the U.S., special statutory definitions include:

Murder committed with malice aforethought, characterized by deliberation or premeditation or occurring during the commission of another serious crime, as robbery or arson (first-degree murder)

Murder by intent but without deliberation or premeditation (second-degree murder)

Most if not all such definitions depend on the aspect of law thereby making "murder" a legal term. No doubt the one you referenced further defines "murder" to be an unlawful act.

Abortion, it's simply legal, violent killing.

No. But the photos dont tell the whole story do they. Taken separately what the prosecutors had does not make sense but together it tells the story of the last hours that child had.

It all points to one person only. this is not a tv show. I have seen people convicted on less evidence than this. Come on 10 hours to go through the evidence? The jury Screwed the pooch on this one in my opinon. It is done and they have spoken. Like I said, I have to accept their decision, but I do not have to repect it.

This said, I still believe we have the best system in the world. You have to take the good with the bad.

Are you saying that because it is not necessary that it is not relevant at all?

Very sad,
This last winter we had a couple cold snaps that really decimated those snook caught in shallow waters that cooled.
Those in open water and deep water survived and thrived.
N.O.A.A. is who regulates fishing. And as usual they have their heads up their ole wazoo.

Did you read the ME’s report? Do you know what OPINION means? Do you know that ME’s are not suppose to give OPINIONS?

Do you not agree that a ME sees a lot more dead bodies than the average citizen? Why did the judge allow the ME to give opinion? One of the most important statements I heard her give was that in 100% of accidental drownings of children - 911 is called. That was a very compelling statement (not her opinion).

I think #63, suggested that you felt you (if you included yourself in that group of folks who had watched it all on tv) had seen all of the evidence presented. I just don’t think that’s true.

I am curious - now that it is all over - what KEY piece of evidence did the jury see that the public was not allowed to see that would change the mind of the majority of the public that believe she killed her child?
