I agree she can do so...but I have great doubts she will any time soon. We will know once she’s out. Types as this cannot stay quiet for long...

I’ll have no problem forgiving her when the time comes, if it comes. I wondered if a Pastor, who knows the Lord, visited her in prison?

I can assure you she's no doubt playing and enjoying herself with Jesus and He she, I suspect other little kiddies are also keeping her company.....and what a comfort that is to know she is safely with Him... Amazing Love...

God bless that precious baby. I have a grandchild the same age. My daughter would have been on the phone to 911 within minutes.

If so, it would be confidential. At this point, though, she doesn't appear to have any regrets.

Yep...so true...and this is where my grievance is...on the jury selection process....and where do they draw the juror from. This case has certainly been an eyeopener for me in that respect. Which is one of the good reasons for this being televised etc. Another wake-up moment that the system in the courts is equally as broken as the government at the top.

BTW..two Jurors said it wasn’t up to them to judge...but they did...they judged not guilty...and that IS a judgement they will be held accountable for as much as if they judged guilty. Serious business in a death penalty case...and they did not see it as that...the “evidence” proves such.

That is the BIGGEST deal of all to me....they never reviewed the evidence....intellectually lazy.

Watch Greta tonight. Casey Anthony Jury Foreman on...

Jose Baez gave them just what they all wanted....a reason to let her off and walk away without putting forth any effort deliberating. That would be too hard, after all...they already missed the Fourth of July Celebrations. His sleazy street tactics worked.

Someone on one of the Casey Anthony threads recommended The Sociopath Next Door.....very good so far. I am blowing through it with enthusiasm. One thing the book points out is that those if us with a conscience cannot imagine someone without one, so the sociopath can go through life with no one knowing their secret, unless they murder or kill ruthlessly and get caught....even then, they can fool enough folks to walk. Interesting stuff.

I can’t judge what they did or did not do

There you go again with not wanting to make a judgment...now you're sounding like those two jurors whos said the same thing....perhaps you are simply unaware it's a matter of record they did not ask nor review any of the over 300 pieces of evidence.

how they felt about the case.

How they felt does not play into the equation of reviewing the evidence...and they were told that. But they did not review the evidence...not one single piece and that is reflective, and evidences, their lack of critical thinking..or that they even attempted such.

jurors who have spoken.. their hands were tied

Well they have to blame someone...in order to get the monkees off their backs. The ball was in their court...as you said .."The deciders".........Trying to wiggle out that that they did just that now is like trying to determine 'who put the tape on Caley's face.' Who do they think they're kidding....the judgement was theirs to make...what mattered to them was taking the easy way out because they lacked the skills to do this right...... Not guilty on 'all counts' except lying....says volumes.

It’s almost ten at night here so I likely missed Greta...but might catch it late night for sometomes it’s replayed. Not sure I want to hear the excuses...they are all trying to wiggle out of their judgement call.

Mobs seem to expand exponentially. In this case driven by the fear of failure. As everything collapses around you.

So, after 695 posts, we can state with certainty that the FR consensus is , the criminal justice system is broken and this particular jury effed up!

>>There you go again with not wanting to make a judgment<<

That’s right. There were 12 jurors tasked with that job. They were strictly controlled on what testimony they saw and what information they were not allowed to see. They were then told to make a decision under a set of laws and rules told to them by a judge and I wasn’t there.

I believe it’s unfair to judge what they did because we were not in their shoes. I do believe the investigators and prosecution did a lousy job.

The constitution has set the guidelines and while it’s not perfect it seems to be the best there has ever been.

Just remember that Greta herself was a defense lawyer so she’ll be coming from that perspective.

Juror No. 11

A white male in his 30’s
10th grade physical education and health teacher for 15 years.
He has an uncle who worked for the FBI.

Pre-Trial Publicity:

He said from what he had heard about the case he thought Casey Anthony was probably guilty. (staff chatted in the teachers lounge)

Death Penalty:

He said he could lay aside his opinion about the case and he could consider voting for the death penalty if she was found guilty.
