The woman, known only as juror number 12 left her job and went into hiding fearing co-workers would 'want her head on a platter'.
Her husband said before leaving she told him: 'Id rather go to jail than sit on a jury like this again.'
He told NBC News he was worried for her health and had his bags packed ready to leave if his 60-year-old wife's name gets released.
The woman, who moved to Florida from Michigan fled the area, retiring from her job working at Publix Grocery over the phone because she didn't feel safe.

Sounds like he’s no different than those on the other side and would like to lynch the jury. It would be nice to see some common sense and balance.
IIRC, it was juror 12 who was most unequivocally for the death penalty during the voir dire.
Actually it describes you quite well... I see you don’t deny it.
It would at that, but unfortunately, folks like you keep hurling insults at those of us who are actually using common sense (and not letting Mark Levin do our thinking for us).
Damn....I thought it had to do with a tooth count.
lol well there is that too but I didn’t want to be overly rude
Funny! Sad it is true for many.
From the strength of their ignorance, they fly in with sanctimonious flair.
No comment regarding Levin. I have not listened to his commentary on this trial. My comment is not an insult, rather an observation.
Tim Miller is an unsung hero imo. Good on him.
“The Legal System is not there for Justice to be done.”
And all this time, we were led to believe it was.
There you have it folks. I have never heard this one before, and I think it may be the single most ridiculous statement I have ever seen on Free Republic.
I’ll post it a few more times, so you can let it sink in:
The Legal System is not there for Justice to be done.
The Legal System is not there for Justice to be done.
The Legal System is not there for Justice to be done.
The Legal System is not there for Justice to be done.
The Legal System is not there for Justice to be done.
The Legal System is not there for Justice to be done.
The Legal System is not there for Justice to be done.
The Legal System is not there for Justice to be done.
Just wow.
Don’t know why you posted this to me, but if Equusearch wants to sue to get it’s money back they have every right to do so.
Yes because you know better, after all you watched TMZ and read the national enquirer.

Don’t neglect adding listening to Nancy ‘Tot Mom’ Grace to the list of sources for better information than what was actually presented in the courtroom.
>>From what I heard Hannity & Levin came up with that conclusion from watching ONLY closing arguments. There was so much more to that trial than closing arguments.
<<
That’s exactly what they both said. And they wasted no time taking to the airwaves.
How about time of death establishing that Casey was the only one of the family who would have been near her daughter? How about cause of death pointing to cholorform poisoning?
Either of those two facts established probably would have tipped the scales.
The prosecution has a tough job. And it’s supposed to be tough, the system is designed to let some guilty people walk to ensure that innocent people aren’t falsely convicted.
It’s not a perfect system, no system is, and yes, people “get away with murder”, plain and simple. But the alternatives... we fought a war to get away from the alternatives.
Retiring because she made a lucrative deal with the tabloids?
I wonder what it is for then? Profit? Like in this case by the jurors who full well know a not guilty verdict would keep this case in the headlines and keep the interviews flowing?
Yeah, I see a lot of stuck on stupid at FR at times. I should make a list someday of stupid comments I read.
