Oh it matters. He blew it however when questioned by Greta. I was shocked. It’s obvious that even he wasn’t too convinced of what he was saying in court.
My point is that by making that statement on Greta he revealed that even he couldn’t convince himself that the tape had not moved. They were not talking about the loose piece of tape either. My question is, was there some sort of sense that the jurors got that even the prosecutors had “reasonable doubt”. From his statement on Greta I would say yes.
