Double jeopardy? They want the charges thrown out. Good grief.....as if they did not already assist a murderer to walk free.
I saw Ashton on Dr. Drew last night. Ashton said the one on the stand who surprised him most was Lee. He was usually straight forward but when questioned by the defense he conjured up crocodile tears, and wouldn’t meet with the state before being called to the stand.
(I need to go back and review his testimony on youtube.)
