Was it Casey that did it? Or did George? Or maybe Cindy? There could be a pretty good case made for all three of them.

My theory is that it was conspiracy of the three of them.

But the three of them were not on trial.

And, the Defense does not have to say a damn thing. It is not up to the Defense top prove anything. It is up to the state to make the case. Beyond all reasonable doubt (or whatever the standard is in FLA.)

All of the things you say point to Casey and her parents. You will have to agree with me that something weird was going on there.

But the state needed to pin it on one of them, and they couldn’t do it.

Butt brain if you had watched the trial you would have ssen the three of them talking at the jail, a conversation that was recorded. The Grandmother releyed that she heard a radio commentator suggest that the baby drowned and they were all covering it up. They all joked about that possiblilty, were laughing about it calling it absurd.
