Why is this child dead? She is dead. That is a fact.
Her mother acted quite unlike most moms would; I cannot imagine waiting for a month to report my baby missing, let alone make up lies about where she was or who she was with.
Even if it was a drowning.. why hide the body? Isn’t hiding a death and dumping the body in a swamp a crime? Accidental drowning isn’t a crime. Happens alot unfortunately. Isn’t it odd that the jury didn’t seem to think something weird was going on at all?

THAT is not enough to convict someone of capital murder.
did you see the stats on this jury? one had a husband who died in jail.....another didn’t even graduate from high school....others had relatives charged with crimes, even convicted. LOONS all of them to come up with this verdict.
