Today is the day she may walk free. Prepare yourselves.
Call me Pollyanna, but the Judge did give FingerBoy 6 days. Hopefully he has scoured the law so she can cool her heels a little longer.
Agreed. I wasn’t picking on you. I was picking on those goobers on this thread that are arguing that somehow we are bad for not agreeing with this decision.
I am sick of them. They are like Cheney Mason.
:^)
Exactly. I am actually hoping that Casey will get what is coming to her in any way possible. She would look good in prison stripes.
not copying...coping.....but, yeah, I hear you. Someone on this thread mentioned the book The Sociopath Nextdoor....and it’s next on my summer reading list. I don’t think you can help a true sociopath......but they just ensured she would walk the streets with us again....either way. I don’t have enough personal knowledge to conclusively say either way....BUT, the parents ARE enablers....whether they deserve sympathy or disgust, I don’t really know. I hope they don’t ever move near me.
a million? OMG.....can you imagine the beating an audience could give HER? I would actually tune in....I never have before....but I would for that. I am PATHETIC, I know.
They sound like the trolls they are. I doubt seriously they believe what they say as most of them can’t seem to not put in an insult.
I know you weren’t. I am not sure who caught the reference I was making as to the bs Mason is spewing.
Just read today Casey declined her mothers visit to the jail. She’s imagined she will have a new life for herself now, but it won’t work for long and she’ll be begging to come home again. They generally always return home because it’s the only place they are accepted for long.
I was just listening to HLN. That Jean Kasaris person was just saying that Cheney’s team is getting offers from shrinks and psychologists from around the country to help Casey after she is released because she has major issues.
Tells me one thing. They know they got a total nutcase off and if someone can’t rein that nutcase in in, the blowback will be tremendous.
Oh, the irony.
Hi truthkeeper....read Casey wouldn’t accept a visitation from her mother today. So we do see Cindy once again reaching out, and no surprise in that whatsoever.
I might be too ashamed to see my mother after she’d purjured herself to save my life- but it’s apparent Casey doesn’t experience shame so it’s hard to know why she wouldn’t see her.
The court is planning her release and where she will go initially, for their concerns of the threats against her. Her attorney has been considering body guards as well. But of course this will be short lived.
I imagine they’ll try to help her change her appearance along the way, dyed hair etc. And likely recommend she stay out of the limelight. But we know Casey will not do that. Someone who can hardly wait to have her toenails painted and her fingernails professionally done is not thinking of laying low.

Casey has no appreciation that her whole family lied for her. To her, that was what they have always done and are supposed to do.
She is as contemptable as she always is to them.
Her mother and father should be glad that she doesn’t want to see them. Sometimes it is hard for people to understand that they need to quit going back for more.
Casey may agree to that after they coax her that it'd be a great place to "hide out" and be protected for a time while she gets pruned to meet the public. If they don't approach her from the standpoint of greater benefits for her rise to stardom she'll decline.
Of course not...her mind does not work that way, rather she sees any help 'she accepts' that it's what people should be doing for her.
Wonder if she thanked the jury! Doubtful, as she would also see them simply doing the job they were called to do.
home? depends on how fast she can blow thru the mil from jerry springer....THEN she will be home...she won’t be paying them back so they can pay their bills, that’s for darn sure.
I saw that. And irony it is.
I would venture to say they knew Casey was guilty because they were trying to find someone to pin the murder on; then they hit on accidental drowning which I don’t believe.
Good luck with help for Casey. Her type will not change. She doesn’t think anything is wrong with her and to her if she can get away with murder; all the better for her. Her lawyers were the biggest enablers in the world.
Cindy needs to back off, the abuse in that family was actually Casey toward her parents and Caylee was the plum. Caylee gave Casey power. Power to browbeat and rip her whole family off. Power to hurt them. And she did.
The parents are at fault for putting up with Casey and covering for her. The relationship was contentious and abusive in a verbal manner from both sides. Both sides were covering for themselves. Cindy didn’t want to admit her daughter had problems and never let her forget it, Casey knew that and used that to get back at Mom.
In this case, Cindy and George need to back off. Their relationship is toxic and if they never see each other again, the better, unless people have a total awakening. That may never happen.
Sometimes it is better to let it go. We all like to see people get together and get over it. Makes us feel good. It doesn’t always work out that way. And sometimes you have to accept that in the interest of peace in life.
Her Attorney's aren't finished with the notoriety they can achieve thru this whole affair, and since she relies on them they will be guiding her decisions in such a way as them "taking care of her" for a time would be.
Psyciatrists and psycologists also stand to gain as they have been able to see her operate throughout the trial. I see it and I'm not a professional by any means. They want to get up close and personal concerning Casey...and then write THEIR paper about her.
I don't think Casey realizes yet most are only interested in her in what she can bring to their own table. If she happens to get some help along the way, fine, but they know sociopaths cannot be cured nor do they take to psyciatric treatment well. That's why Casey will indeed be in trouble again...one way or another... and no matter how much help she's given.
Keep in mind that Casey is not capable of taking care of herself without leeching on other people. It's how a sociopath 'works'.
HLN is discussing her wardrobe for the trial......I noticed pants with those outdated blouses tucked in......I think they got her wardrobe from the salvation army...good grief. she looked like white trash trying to dress up....must be they played to that jury....that was my take.
I think she will go home at some point because her parents are the only ones that will accept her at least at first. It would be a mistake for all them
Yep, you are right. Casey isn’t thinking any further than what Casey wants right then.
