Those two trials only compare in their common reaction of outrage over the verdict. I don't think in this trial there was a case of jury nullification.

My statement that media hysteria is less reliable than jurors that heard the case is not an illogical position as you state. Your logical reply to that statement, by the way, would be that there is not media hysteria over this case and thus my premise is false.
