Same here. I never thought she’d get the death penalty but I never dreamed she’d get a Get Out Of Prison FREE card. “Jurors” take themselves too seriously. The majority of them are buffoons. They’ll never get me on a “jury” again. I don’t see myself as “caped crusader” as a buffoon on a California jury once claimed.

we should all rejoice that the system worked...it was not a jury nullification...it was not a racially biased decision..it was based on the fact that there was no dna evidence...no witnesses...no cause of death....

it was based on innuendo...it was based on character assassination...

If the state seeks to put a citizen to death, they better have a damn good case . . . Airtight. No holes whatsoever. These jackwagons sat there picking their noses and laughing while the defense did final rebut. They got what was coming to them at the expense of a defenseless 2 year old victim.

The system worked just as it should. You have some emotional connection to this victim for some unknown reason.

I have been a hydraulic engineer for 40 years and have performed countless root cause analyses on failed systems and equipment over those 40 years.

The prosecution utterly failed to present facts that would satisfy serious minds, especially when they were seeking a death penalty.

Had they tried to convince me with their case, I would have laughed them out of my office.

They would have been better off to charge Anthony with neglect and settle for a guilty plea on a much lesser charge.

I know cops and cop stories and have sat on a jury watching them be stupid and lying through their teeth. Thank The Lord for the jury system.

I have a cousin who accidentally drown in a lake at 4 years old. I tell you what, my aunt did not go out dancing the very night she drown. She didn’t do much of anything but cry for 2 full years!

These jurors did not have one scintilla of common sense....

..and many, from what I've heard, had an anti-authoritarian attitude....
