This is America where you are supposed to be innocent until proven guilty

Proofed guilty beyond a REASONABLE doubt, not beyond ANY doubt. If you had really taken any law classes at all you would know that.
In court when a witness is caught in one lie the judge can tell the jury they are free to discredit their entire testimony. I guess your entire testimony should be discredited.

Yes the Judge can inform the Jury they can believe all or part of testimony. Anyone that thinks the jurors hadn’t started putting two and two together before the Pros even finished with CIC are unrealistic. Jurors are real people.
for most of them this was probably mind blowing. casey did NOTHING to care for Caylee. G & C provided everything for her. Food, Clothing, home, LOVE. What did Casey provide her. Duct tape, trash bags, chloroform and death. Oh yeah and a grave in a Trash Dump.
