That is the Court Clerk - blonde hair. Takes and hands docs to the judge - she’s the one who calls out the evidence # when something is entered into evidence.

The Court Reporter sits to her left - I saw her for the first time today or yesterday. I had wondered where she was.

Thanks thank you rush I also sawe the court reporter in some of the replayed clips on HLN today. I still had no idea what the blonde/red-head was there for it seems like she just sits there and watches. Court Clerk would make sense. Do they normally sit directly in front of the judge like that?
