Easy to forget who died here, but it wasn’t poor Casey.
I don’t care if they give this foul sociopath the death penalty, but she deserves to spend the better years of her life behind bars and thinking how much better it would have been to give that kid to her Mom and then go have fun. Yeah, people would think she is a creep and they would be right. But Caylee would still have her life.
Just watching her yesterday crying for herself while Jose was dirtying up her family made me ill. Casey is a souless waste of space.
Not trying to pick an argument and I readily admit that I’m late to the party, but I thought that finding chloroform in the trunk was evidence of murder and finding ‘how to make chloroform’ on the home computer was evidence of premeditation. I also thought that the 12 hairs found in the trunk were evidence - along with witness testimony (including Casey’s parents) that there was a strong odor of decomp in the car.
The fact that CA lied for 31 days about the whereabouts of Caylee would also lead one to believe that she was covering something up.
The dead girl is evidence of a murder. Casey’s behavior and the physical evidence found in the car would show that she was the one who did it.
