Question for anyone: (sorry if asked and answered)

If Casey (or any other inmate) is serving a life sentence and it comes out that she is pregnant (will only believe it when it is announced) what are the options for the baby?

1. The baby automatically becomes a ward of the State
2. The Anthony’s get custody being Casey’s next of kin
3. Casey decides who gets custody or if the baby is put up for adoption.
4. Abortion (not hijacking the thread——put in only because even though I do not consider it an option, it is a legal option for Casey)
5. Something else I haven’t thought of.

I am not positive but think becomes ward of state and given up for adoption......The child would have a cloud over head all life if given to Anthony’s because it is a child of Casey’s
