There are some here who think the prosecution has to convict beyond ANY doubt. The prosecution only has to convict beyond a REASONABLE doubt. That has been done. The only people who think different would have thought there was not proof that John Hinckley Jr. shot President Reagan, or enough proof Jack Ruby shot Lee Harvey Oswald. They are the types who think there is never enough proof.
