Judge Perry

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

"After working as a prosecutor he promptly rose through the ranks of the judiciary but hit a roadblock in 1998 when he publicly acknowledged – and apologized for – an affair with a former deputy court administrator."

This judge has betrayed the trust the judicial system placed in him by having an illicit affair with a fellow court of law officer. Sorry to disappoint all the blood lusters, but the prosecution has not proved murder one without a doubt. Casey will not get the death penalty.

Get over it college kid! Perry had an affair in 1990. It became known in 1998 when that woman filed suit against the county when she was fired by someone else, not Perry.

“Beyond reasonable doubt” does not mean no doubt. It means “reasonable” doubt. Some have stated it’s like 80-20 .

I doubt it too. The state tried to get emotion back in their case at the end. I wonder if it worked? I saw no evidence of child abuse even presented. Probably will be a compromise verdict of Mansaughter. Or who knows maybe the State gets murder 1. I doubt a hung jury. Unless they acquit. Then the Nancy Grace lynch mob will hunt them down.

You are really going to have to change your attitude if you are to be an attorney.

I know about the morals and ethical part of the bar but I also know that, as an attorney, you must be completely impartial. So far, you have not exhibited that you can do that. Might want to go in a different direction for your future. just sayin'....
