I have to agree it was an excellent comparison.
I will cop out on an answer though because I didn't follow the Peterson case enough.

I was pointing out that case just because he was convicted of first degree murder and sits on death row with very similar circumstantial evidence. In fact I think there is more in this case. I would never claim to be an expert - just a good comparison.
