I read that story and found it ridiculous. There was no evidence at all to support that other than the fact that some photos were sealed because they were "prejudicial" - correct me if I"m wrong but wasn't the photo of Casey as a 15 year old that Baez tried to use on the poster the other day labeled "prejudicial"? He had to replace it with a more current photo - at least one the age she was when she murdered Caylee. Prejudicial doesn't mean something horrible - it means it could influence the jury. I could just as easily say it was photos that had been printed with "I love my Mommy" across the photo - I would just be guessing too.

No offense to your husband - someone here posted that info last night so I went to read it.

You might be right. He was telling me about this around 3AM this morning. I may have even misunderstood what he was saying.

I’m having surgery in 2 weeks and am on a lot of meds and am keeping strange hours. Hopefully I misunderstood what he said because what I believe about Casey is horrible enough.
