I resent your personal attack and racist insult. I am not racist for reporting facts and statistics (quoted on FR, no less. See above link). I have many black friends and professors whom I like and respect.

The point is; If this girl was black or Muslim we would not have the media circus with smirking, snearing TV lynch mob panels whipping up hatred. These are protected classes- protected by the Lib media and the Lib administration.

This is America. This girl is supposed to be innocent until proven guilty. And the fact that the Lib media has whipped up the public into a lynch mob mentality is disgusting and a little frightening.

You really need to stop pulling the racist card.....and remove your blinders to see that you are doing just that.

You also need to consider this Judge was the replacement for another who began these proceedings...it has nothing whatsoever to do with race and you are making it that...nobody in that courtroom is....and Attorney's who know well this judge have utmost respect for his findings and reputation in court cases......Were you also there for OJ's trial saying the same thing of his trial? his color and his Judge?

The trial is over...the Jury is out...the decision is on the way, if or not she is guilty by a group of twelve individuals....all ages..black and white....and You can boo-hoo all you want about the media and such...that's life and how they are... like it or not.

What is most frightening are people as yourself who fail so miserably to understand the realities of how things work even when others attempt to inform you.

We recognize that in real life you do with what you have been given...be grateful... and make the best of it...and if possible you change what is in your ability to change.

If you're intentions were to change minds you've done nothing whatsoever to present evidence to sway those minds... other than to claim someone is innocent until proved guilty....as if people aren't aware of this...and further bark about the nationalities and color of peoples skin.

In the real world that would not cut it anymore than it has on this thread.....

The jury must assume that she is innocent until proven guilty, but no one else. If you're not on the jury, you are entitled to your opinion at any time, whether it be guilty or innocent. Also, I don't see this lynch mob mentality that you're saying is out there. I have seen some people expressing their opinion that she is guilty as hell, and want justice for Caylee. But overwhelmingly, what I see, especially here on FR, is people carefully watching and patiently discussing the evidence presented in this case and sharing their opinions and arguments concerning why they hold that opinion. You, however, are starting to sound a bit kooky.

Most people here think Casey killed her daughter, because that is what the preponderance of the evidence suggests to them.
