There are also sure to be courtroom fireworks as the State gives it rebuttal and the case is expected to be sent to the jury.
Court is starting early today at 8:30 a.m.
The countdown for justice for Caylee begins.
Why do the kooks always post the same thing over and over again? It reminds me of hearing some annoying child at a store keep pestering his Mother for something, and she ignores him so he just keeps asking. Makes me want to slap them both! lol
haha I know Nancy Grace singlehandedly coined the phrase “tot-mom”. She’s also the only one to say it. Gets sickening after 3 years.
I’m listening to the testimonials of Casey’s friends and family. (Been at it all darn day.)
The one thing that seriously jumped out at me is that there was a night that Casey and Caylee were staying the night with Ricardo Morales. He says that Caylee was with them when he fell asleep, but gone when he woke up.
When he asked Casey where Caylee was the next morning, Caylee said that her mother (Cindy) called and told her to bring the baby home.
I’m about 1/3rd of the way through Cindy’s sworn statement. She said that this never happened. Not only did that not happen on the night in question, but she doesn’t recall an event remotely like that happening.
So either Cindy is lying or Casey did something with that baby for the night.
And that was the moment that my stomach did a flip.
But there’s another thing that freaks me out. Casey was always talking about her ‘nanny’, but nobody ever met this nanny, saw Casey field a phone call with the nanny or ever had any contact at all with this person. Another friend asked Casey once what her nanny charged. (He was fielding a question on behalf of his sister) Casey never could give him an answer. She only said, “a lot.”
So what the h*ll was she doing with the kid when Caysee wasn’t with her mom or grandma?
Oh I just laugh! Listen, my husband is also a lawyer and neither of us could stand 99% of the people in our respective law school classes! Our oldest just graduated college and wants to go to law school. She was lucky enough to get a job offer though, and so is going to work for a year or two before going, the law biz is suffering like most other things in this economy and it didn’t make sense for her to turn down a good job for no guaranteed law job, three years hence.
Are you really Pre-Law? I can’t believe that. I have many friends in a VERY reputable, Ethical and talented Law firm in TX.
Let me tell you, with your reasoning skills and refusal to face the reality of the evidence and situation surrounding the events in question. You wouldn’t even get past the Receptionist. She would tell you no thanks.
But then they get the top 1% of Law school grads. I went on a few of their (hidden) interviews with Attorney’s in the Firm. Those bull sesions over a drink are NOT social.
IMO you would be eliminated in the first round. Sorry but THAT is REALITY.

Proves nothing. For some reason this case has captured hearts and minds. You are too young to understand and apparently too in tune to Casey to offer an objective opinion. Good luck in a career in law, as you will need it. Things won’t be fair, it won’t be black and white...it will have shades of gray. Just like life does.
Terribly crimes by African Americans don’t get traction because the media is silent about all black and muslim crime. You know that as well as I do. It has nothing to do with some perceived racism on the part of freepers, lol! OJ took off because of his fame as a football star. And, if I remember, many people were smeared with the racism brush if they even suggested the creep was a killer.
What was she doing for TWO YEARS when she claimed to have a job and left Caylee with “Zanny the Nanny”
The who charade of walking the police right ino the office building in Universal studios was freaky too.
I bet she was hoping she could just point to the building and say “see, I work there’ and they would say “oh, OK”
But when they got to the end of the hall and she just said “Ok, I dont really work here” they must have thought she was nuts
I wish they had video tape of that.
And what did mom and dad say when they find out she ever realy had a job.
Well, of course, you have brought up a subject that has raised a lot of horrible rumors.
These days lawyers are professional bottled water drinkers. We should start rating them on style points.
That is the question that has always bothered me. What was Caylee going through for the 2 years of the non existent Nanny?

My guess...wherever she could stash her. If a friend wouldn't then who knows what she gave that child to knock her out to keep her quiet. Cold meds? Adult Nyquil? Who knows but that sweet little face is popping into my mind again :(
I’m not sure when George and Cindy actually realized Casey didn’t have a job. Even after being arrested she is on a recorded call telling someone that the police were twisting everything and when asked about her job she said that they were looking at Disney and should have been looking at Kodak, or the subsidiary there. So even while sitting behind bars, knowing some of her lies had already been exposed, she was STILL lying to this friend saying the police weren’t smart enough to contact the correct department out there at Disneyworld. Imagine the gall of this girl?
Sometimes Caylee stayed with a friends of Casey. Other times I wonder if the kid was drugged and left in her car.
The prosecutors said that most of the time she was with Casey. I figure thats true because there never was any nanny.
In a way, one thing that strikes me about this case is that Casey’s boyfriend kind of let her know that he wasn’t fond of the idea of a kid being around.
Reminds me of that case where the Mom killed her kids because her boyfriend told her he didn’t want kids.
Farrah Fawcett played that part in a Lifetime movie about the case. Fawcett did a great job, by the way.
Funny you would say that - I was watching Ashton yesterday and today - it seemed he started talking before he could have swallowed! lol
Small Sacrifices. I read the book too. I cannot comprehend how a mother could do this to her child(ren); guess I am not a psychopath/sociopath.
