There are also sure to be courtroom fireworks as the State gives it rebuttal and the case is expected to be sent to the jury.
Court is starting early today at 8:30 a.m.

As relatives of victim and under Florida state laws Judge can and did allow them to stay in Court, if they wish!

Locals here are calling/pushing for Cindy to be prosecuted on Perjury charges.
Some friends of mine, in the know, are saying “good possibility”. Conviction and slap on wrist time. One year and out six months, warning to others, is suggested.
No, forgive me, but I think she is an ugly person, both inside and out.
The truth came out in the very beginning of the Duke case. By 6 weeks the truth was out there. Corrupt politicans, elitist academics and helmet head pundits chose to ignore it.
Why?
Because everyone just KNEW those palyers were guilty.
The reasoning and logic centers have been taken over by emotion and anger. I would like to have a copy of the trial from the perspective of the jury without all the media madness and blood lust.
Dad and Mom won’t make it through this. Momma ruined the family and Daddy didn’t do crap. The Devil has them now.

Very similar here. The icing on the cake was both state attn.’s closing. The woman actually said after 6 weeks of evidence ...”All you have to do in this case in order to make a decision is look at this picture”. Really? Disregard everything else? Amazing.

JUROR #4: Black woman, 50's, no kids. Absolutely for the defense. Looks sympathetically at Casey and shakes her head as if she is thinking, "I know it was only an accident."
JUROR #9: White male, single, no kids. Gave up a family wedding to sit on the jury. Fastidious, appears to be a loner and an introvert. She says his "juror profile" scores him more for the defense than the prosecution.
JUROR #12: White female with 2 kids and 1 grandchild. In her 60's, maybe? Works as a cook at Publix (sp?). She scores as pretty much neutral, but leans prosecution. Adopted a child so Body Language lady says that shows she is very family-oriented, good for the State.
The expert believes, from her computer profiles, that the jury makeup is about 58% pro-prosecution.
“”With all the evidence against her I can not believe it would take more than an hour or so to vote for conviction on all counts.””
The OJ jury in the murder trial took something like 3-4 hours to reach their verdict. I expect much more time spent in deliberations and reaching verdicts on all the charges in this case. They may spend a great deal of time on the more serious ones and then they have to go to the lesser ones. I don’t expect speedy verdicts at all.

Color me curious and slightly outraged. What ‘Missle Range” are you sitting on “12/7’s” to protect us?
My (now retired USAF Col.) husband spent years at Vandenburg AFB on the “missile range”. Believe me, he had no time to spend on a computer following any trial.
