There are also sure to be courtroom fireworks as the State gives it rebuttal and the case is expected to be sent to the jury.
Court is starting early today at 8:30 a.m.
The countdown for justice for Caylee begins.
I thought Ashton did an excellent job in laying out various scenarios and how they could be felony murder which is 1st degree.
Pardon my ignorance here. I have NOT been following this, but did just watch the youtube of the prosecution’s close. Seems pretty convincing to me, but I do have a question, and remember, I have NOT been following this and again, please pardon my ignorance:
What about George Anthony? What is his involvement/possible-involvement?
Again, pardon my ignorance, but I just couldn’t help thinking of this question as I listened to the prosecutor.

That is hyper-inflammatory rhetoric on your part. No one here has asked for anything but justice by way of conviction. Please don’t insult us or attempt to make us cheerleaders to her “murder” by subjecting our motives to this type of accusation and rhetoric. It’s beneathe the dignity of this forum and its members to say this to us.
Strange Beyond any or all conceivable reasonable doubt, or whatever mangled standard Baez kept reiterating.
Jean C on HLN just said that when the jury was out for recess , right before judge read instructions said the court room was almost empty and she said Baez got down on the floor on 1 knee so he would be eye level with Casey and he talked to her and then Casey took her hand and put it on the side of baez face and gently stroked it in a loving manner .... She said this was the second time she has seen Casey do this to Baez ......

I agree. Even if someone is so severely abused by someone that they are in fear of reporting what happened they don’t go partying. No way does anyone with even a tiny piece of a heart act like Casey did when a child is missing or dead.
George Anthony was just another victim of the desperate defense team's laughable theory, i.e. "throw up anything and see if it sticks."
If you had watched the trial you would have seen that there were many others. You see, it was everyone's fault EXCEPT Casey Anthony's.

Casey did the same when she was stalling everyone from finding out that Caylee was dead. She got the same defense at trial.

I defer to everyone here, yourself included, since I haven’t followed this. And thanks for answering. The only reason I asked is because of the talk of a suicide note, but no actual suicide...right? It just made me wonder if there’s more than one nut-ball involved here. Obviously the daughter is one. Just the story of her walking the police to her “office” in Universal Studios... just that story alone...

Casey is guilty. In the National Enquirer, July issue, says Casey is 4 weeks pregnant. Would the father be Baez?
I brought this up early this morning. The news was supposedly leaked by a fellow inmate of Casey’s. Claims Casey is waiting for right moment to tell the jury..Baez is gonna end up in a cell too. BTW I read about it on Websluthes last night
